Expect a warm welcome at The Cross in Kenilworth where Adam Bennett is Head Chef. He is our resident food guru, sharing his culinary secrets and answering your cooking queries to inspire you with tastes and flavours from across the globe.

Adam began his career at the Dorchester in London cooking under esteemed chef, Anton Mosimann OBE specialising in French cuisine. Since then he has worked at a number of high profile restaurants including most recently the acclaimed Michellin starred Simpsons restaurant in Edgebaston, acheiving many awards for his unique dishes and attention to culinary detail. Through Sauce Fine Foods, Adam will show you some of the magic that goes into his renowned dishes.

In 2013 Adam received the world’s most challenging and prestigious cooking competition the Bocuse D’or, named after top French chef Paul Bocuse. Earlier this year Adam managed to secure his place in the finals of the 2015 Bocuse D’or in Lyon, after taking 6th position in the European finals in Stockholm against some tough competition.
